Three Glass
Which glass is yours? Tap it once and this phone remembers.
Why
Or use the mic on your keyboard.
This goes in the log. Your partner can read the log, but it will not pop up on their screen. Take it to the session, not to the kitchen.

Rules of engagement
The three glasses
Wished for.
The love coming your way that you would actually want.
Barely ok.
The least you can live with and still be alright staying.
The front glass.
How you feel about what is coming to you right now.
Whose glass moves
Only your own.
What you do for your partner moves their glass, never yours.
It goes up when something lands.
Repair, being reached for, a kind act, plain warmth. It does not have to follow a fight.
It goes down when you reach and it does not land
, or you raise something and they do not move toward you. How far down is how much it hit you.
Your call, nobody else's.
They can see your level, that is the point. But they do not get a say in where you put it.
Using it
Move the water, then stop.
The glass is the signal, not the argument.
Say why.
That is what you take to the session, not to the kitchen.
Two lines, two people.
Yours and theirs will be different. That is normal.
Where it goes wrong
Used as leverage.
"I'll fill it if you do X" is a power play, not repair.
Left vague.
If you have not said what adds water for you, nobody can do it.
Ignored.
Reaching over and over, getting nothing back, sitting under barely ok. Take that seriously.
